Breakfast is at 8:00am, lunch is at 1:00pm and dinner is served at 6:00pm. The morning meal usually includes juice or fresh fruit. Bacon and eggs are served a couple of times each week. Hot waffles go right from the waffle iron onto your plate. Pancakes and french toast are popular, as are blueberry muffins, English muffins, homemade coffee cake, and donuts. Cereal is always available. Every other Sunday, breakfast is served to order.
Freshly made tossed salads are served at lunch and dinner with a variety of salad dressings. Sandwiches and homemade soups are served. Milk, water, iced tea, Kool-Aid, hot tea and coffee are available at all meals. The weekly menu usually includes barbecued chicken, roast beef, hamburgers, roast turkey or ham. On alternate weeks a combination seafood plate, haddock, fried clams and shrimp are served. For those who don’t like seafood, steak is served. Our cooks bake our own rolls, cookies and cakes. Other desserts include fresh fruit, homemade ice cream, or “make your own” sundaes.
